My friend and roommate invited us to stay at his ski lodge for a weekend, and I got to see a side of this ski area that few people do: in 80-degree weather, among fields of wildflowers.

Ski Area = ‘Sugarbush’ or ‘Mad River Glen”? I am thinking MRG because of the “single chair lift”. Spring semester 2020 will likely feature some ski?ing (sp ?).
Good Grief; how do I edit my first comment? …..Shows to go I didn’t read the header on your post (ie.: Mad River Glen)…….. Remember I drove this route to Bristol from Montpelier for four or five years in a two-wheel-drive Toyota to teach HS in Bristol.
